Righteous Rage Somatic Practice

When we have experienced, abuse and mistreatment - anger is sacred. Rage is righteous. These emotions are important signals from the body that say “That was not okay! No more! Never Again!” When we honor our rage and understand it’s a crucial mechanism to protect us from abuse and mistreatment, then we can stop directing the anger at ourselves for letting ourselves be abused, blaming ourselves for abuse, or gaslighting ourselves to think we somehow deserved to be abused.

In this practice we express our rage to transform it, digest it, and compost it for your best interests. This work is not meant to banish rage, but rather honor the wisdom of how anger is a tool to help you better shape your world. When we acknowledge rage, we are more likely to no longer shape our behavior around it - either by externalizing our anger onto others, or internalizing it and directing at the self.

"Grape" Release Somatic Practice

Hey friends! I developed a 1 hour somatic practice for you to help release "grape" trauma from your body, mind, and spirit. This practice is for anyone, and any body, that is looking to investigate reclaiming your body after violation.

I know for myself, it took me a long time to even recognize a lot of the events that happened to me as "grapey" because I told my self "it wasn't that bad," or "maybe I am overreacting," or "I could have done more to stop it," etc.... The cultural gas lighting of grape leads to self-gaslighting, so we often feel as if we should just "move on," or "get over it."

Yet the body needs our love, attention, and compassion for what it has gone through. This practice is a way to address past events so you can move into your future without shouldering the weight that someone else forced you to carry.

Morning Routine Somatic Practice

You need time to transition from the astral realm of sleep to so-called "reality." You need a moment to enter your body, move your body, be with your body, before the infiltration of your phone and the rush of dopamine, cortisol, and LED light. 

I offer you this morning practice for EVERY BODY. This morning movement ritual is designed to help with chronic pain / stiffness/ aches / pains as well as move through emotions that are stored in your tissues in order to prepare you for your day.

When you give yourself the gift of a morning movement routine - not for the sole goal of fitness, but for healing - your body and mind is more prepared to take on the challenges of the day.  

This practice is gentle, yet comprehensive and you can modify it to your liking. You can adapt this regardless of your fitness level. It is for EVERYONE!
